Day 01
International Airport / Delhi ( Arrival late evening )
Upon arrival, transfer and overnight at the hotel
Day 02
Delhi / Region of Shekawati
Breakfast at the hotel and theafter leave by road for the region of Shekawati. Lunch enroute. Arrive in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 03
Region of Shekawati / Bikaner
Early Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the numerous ancient and beautiful Havelis of Nawalgarh, Mandawa and Fatehpur. The walls of the havelis are covered with beautiful frescoes. Then leave for Bikaner, a fortified city of red granite surrounded by high medieval ramparts. Arrive in time for lunch at the hotel and thereafter visit the old city and the Immense Fort of Bikaner. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 04
Bikaner/ Pokharan / Jaisalmer
Breakfast at the hotel and thereafter leave for Jaisalmer, a fortified city on the caravan route from Karachi ( Pakistan ) to Delhi. Stop for lunch at the small but impressive fort of Pokharan. Arrive Jaisalmer in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 05
Jaisalmer

Breakfast at the hotel, and thereafter visit the old city and the Fort of Jaisalmer.
Lunch in a local restaurant.
In the late afternoon leave for the village of Khuri to witness a glorious sunset over the sand dunes.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 06
Jaisalmer / Mandore / Jodhpur
Early breakfast at the hotel and thereafter leave for Jodhpur. Enroute, stop to visit the royal cenotaphs at Mandore. Arrive at Jodhpur in time for lunch. Afternoon visite the city and the Mehrangarh Fort of Jodhpur. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 07
Jodhpur / Jaipur ( Train - 05H45/10H45 )
Very early morning, transfer to the railway station and leave for Jaipur. Upon arrival transfer and check in at the hotel. Then, lunch at a local restaurant and proceed to visit the city and Palace of Jaipur. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 08
Jaipur / Amber / Jaigarh / Jaipur
Breakfast at the hotel and thereafter excursion to the formidable Fort and Palace of Amber. Elephant ride ( subject to availability of elephants ) or jeep ride upto the Fort. Lunch in a local restaurant and thereafter visit the Fort of Jaigarh which overlooks the Amber fort. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 09
Jaipur / Fatehpur Sikri / Agra

Early breakfast at the hotel and thereafter leave for Agra.
Enroute, stop to visit the deserted city of FATEHPUR SIKRI.
Arrive Agra in time for lunch at a local restaurant, and thereafter proceed for the sightseeing of the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
*** Attention - The Taj Mahal is shut on Fridays.

Day 10
Agra / Delhi / Haridwar ( Train - 15h30 / 20h00) / Rishikesh

Breakfast at the hotel. Leave for Delhi and arrive in time for lunch at a local restaurant.
Thereafter transfer to the Railway Station and leave for Haridwar.
Upon arrival at Haridwar, transfer to Rishikesh ( 30kms from Haridwar ).
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 11
Rishikesh / Rajaji / Rishikesh
Very early breakfast at the hotel, then leave for the visit of the Rajaji Wildlife Sanctuary. Return to the hotel for lunch? Thereafter visit the principal temples on the banks of the Ganges at Rishikesh. In the evening, atten the ceremonies on the banks of the River Ganges. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 12
Rishikesh / Haridwar / Amritsar ( Train )
Breakfast at the hotel. Leave to visit the temple of Chandi Devi, and the Temples and 'Ghats' of Haridwar. Lunch in a local restaurant in Haridwar, then transfer to the railway station and leave by train (Shatabdi Express - 2:35 p.m. / 9:45 p.m.) for Amritsar. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 13
Amritsar / Wagha / Amritsar
Breakfast at the hotel. Thereafter, visit the Golden Temple ( the most sacred place of worship of the Sikhs ), Shri Durgiana Temple ( A unique hindu temple because it is a copy of the Golden Temple ), Jalianwala garden (known for the massacre of the Sikhs by the English), and the panoramic museum of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Lunch at the hotel, then leave for the frontier Indo Pakistan Border at Wagha, 35 kms from Amritsar, to attend the border closing military ceremony which is attended daily by thousands of people daily, both on the Indian and the Pakistani side of the border. It is a great moment of military nationalistic pride for both India and Pakistan. Return to Amritsar in the evening. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 14
Amritsar / Delhi ( Train )
Early breakfast at the hotel. Thereafter leave to visit the beautiful Gurdwara (Sikh Temple) Tarn Taran (24 kms from Amritsar ). Return to Amritsar for for a typical Punjabi lunch in a local restaurant, then transfer to the railway station and leave by train ( Shatabdi Express - 17.00 / 23.00) for Delhi. Dinner on the train. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 15
Delhi /International Airport

Breakfast at the hotel and theafter proceed for a full day sightseeing of Old Delhi and New Delhi.
Lunch and Dinner in a local restaurant.
Late in the evening, transfer to the international airport.
*** A room will be made available at a hotel for a quick wash and change before leaving for the airport.
